2. Advance Payments & Project Fees

All advance payments, retainers, and project fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to service initiation.

In milestone-based projects, clients will be billed only for completed work up to the point of cancellation.
3. Cancellation Refunds
Refunds for cancellations are only issued under the following conditions:

The client cancels the project before any work or resource allocation has begun.

The payment was made in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount, etc.) and the claim is submitted within 3 working days.
4. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:

The process may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment provider and banking partner
